The singing lessons deal with different repertoires. The classical repertoire, Khayal singing, the semi-classical repertoire, Thumri or Ghazal singing, the popular singing Mahiya and Tappay, songs of the North Pakistan tradition, the Punjabi Kalaam found in Punjab both in Pakistan and in India, and the Punjab Ang Qawwali specific to the Sufi vocal tradition of Pakistan.
The learning is done in a traditional and authentic way, an oral transmission where the Master teaches vocalizations and ancestral compositions, and the disciple repeats by developing his ear and his ability to reproduce what he hears.
There is also this transmission in the form of courses dedicated to instrumentalists wishing to venture into the science of Raga.
Coursess are either in groups or in private lessons.
